Hello, Everybody!! Welcome to my website. I hope you enjoy it. Let me tell you a little about my self. I am a man that is very interested in fitness and everything that is involved. I try my best to stay in shape. With todays world it can be very busy and hectic. Not to many people have time to get a workout in or don’t workout enough or at all. I’ve heard so many reasons to not work out. It all comes down to how important it is to you. If it is important enough, then you will find the will power and motivation and TIME to get up and workout.


With all that in mind, the focus of my website is based on fitness equipment. You have to have the right tools to get into shape. By using the right tools correctly it can lead to a stronger and better you.


My Story–How it all started!

Let me begin by telling you my story. I have always had a strong passion for fitness. I have always been involved in sports and extracurricular activities. It was more of the sports side that got me involved in fitness.

When I was growing up, I had a great love for sports. I started playing sports at a very young age. The first sport I remember playing was soccer and it went on from there. It went from soccer to football, then to baseball, wrestling and a little softball. I’ve played many more, but those are the major ones. Those are the sports that require the most fitness and also the most athletic ability. At least in my opinion.


So at a young age I started working out. So I was able to perform at my best on the field. I didn’t have a lot of knowledge of fitness at the time. I was just a young buck. So I just did the common exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, running hills, etc.). I started out by doing just those small workouts. A lot of it was just based on improving my speed, strength and explosion. Something that is needed basically for all sports. I did similar workouts like that until I got older. By that time my main sport that I was playing was football. I believe I was in junior high. I was pretty lean and fast, but I lacked size.

During that time we were finishing up a season of football, and the coaches were giving their last words,football until next season. They said, “Get in the weight room, and get bigger and stronger.” I was already doing workouts, but not workouts that would help me pack on size. Old fashion, MUSCLE!! I went on to finish the school year and competing in my other sports. Still doing well, but knowing that I can do better. This was all possible by getting in the weight room.




Decided to change things up a bit!

At the end of the school year, I decided to “Hit the weights.” I went out and bought a couple Muscle & weightsFitness magazines. I also talked my parents into getting me a membership at the local YMCA. That summer I studied the magazines and did a little research on my own. I came up with workouts that would benefit me in my sport.

The next thing was the tour of the local YMCA. When I got that tour, I was amazed! I was amazed by all the equipment that was available. Once, I saw that, I knew that this was going to be my second home. I mean they had all types of equipment. All the equipment that you needed, to work every major muscle group. I learned and used every piece of equipment that was in there. I had a great interest in the equipment and what it can do for your body.

So I changed my workouts. I was now a metal head. I was lifting weights about 3 or 4 times a week. I was getting stronger. I was really impressed on what this equipment can do for you. When the time and effort are put in and you are using the proper tools to get your body stronger. You feel good about yourself, your getting stronger, and you are improving your health. Most of all you are setting up yourself to live a longer and healthier life.




The passion begins!

I was able to pack on a little size that summer! Also, improve my game more than I did before, in thedumbbells sports I was competing in during school. This was all to the benefit of weight training. After that summer I developed a passion for fitness and weight training. Specifically the equipment and what it can do for you. There are so many benefits to getting fit, especially when you incorporate equipment. Although, there are other ways of getting fit. In my opinion when equipment is being used there are many more long-lasting benefits.



There is my little story in a small nutshell. Hope you enjoyed it!! Just tried to give you the all-around major points on what sparked my passion. Specifically the tools that can be used to get a stronger and more fit body.


The fire is still there

So here I am now. Older and wiser, but that fire is still there for fitness and the tools that can be used by you to get a more fit and stronger body. I still workout, and I still put effort into being fit and living a healthy lifestyle. Being fit has to be an ongoing thing at least in my mind. That is the only way you can benefit from it. I am not where I want to be with my body yet, but with consistency and effort, I will get there!! There are so many tools out there now days. Its just a matter of choosing the right equipment for your active lifestyle.

My why, my reason:

Nothing satisfies me more than hearing or seeing someone trying to improve their body. To me that shows that their body is important to them. It shows that they care about their health and all the other great benefits of being in shape.

I like to see people improve. By improving your body, you improve everything else. You improve mentally, emotionally and physically. You improve in all aspects of your life. This is why I’m putting this site together. I want to improve peoples lives, and make you feel good about yourself.

What better way to do that, than getting into shape. Improve your body mind and soul. On this site the tools are available more specifically to improve your body. By doing that everything else will follow.

I want you to look in the mirror and see improvement. That is what I want to see, that is my “Why”. I want people to experience the benefits of being in shape. Hopefully, my site can help you achieve that. By providing the right equipment for your fitness needs.

Its just a matter of how bad you want it! Get training and get after it!!



My Goal:

Through this site I want to attempt to satisfy your fitness needs. I want to provide equipment that will meet or exceed your expectations.

I want you to enjoy the benefits of being fit, by providing the right equipment that will meet your fitness goals. Rather, you are just beginning or you are a seasoned veteran, and just want to get better.

Using the right tools to improve your active lifestyle can get you results faster. Its just a matter of choosing the right equipment and implementing that into your activity or workout.

Hopefully, my site can help you achieve or get that fit and toned body that everyone dreams of!! It requires work and effort, and of course using the right tools.
